Objective & Scope of Policy: Celebrations Ottawa Inc. (“Celebrations Ottawa”) is a federal not-for-profit corporation. We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of confidentiality regarding the information provided to us. Celebrations Ottawa adheres to certain privacy principles to ensure the confidentiality of the Personal Information (as defined below) entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to affirm our commitment to maintaining your privacy and others as well as to inform you of our practices concerning the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information collected by Celebrations Ottawa. This Privacy Policy not only applies to Celebrations Ottawa but also any associated management and consulting companies.

Amendment of Celebrations Ottawa Practices and this Privacy Policy: This Privacy Policy is in effect as of October 15, 2017. Celebrations Ottawa will from time to time review and revise its privacy practices and this Privacy Policy. In the event of any amendment, an appropriate notice will be posted on Celebrations Ottawa web site. Policy changes will apply to the information collected from the date of posting of the revised Privacy Policy to Celebrations Ottawa's web site as well as to existing information held by Celebrations Ottawa.
